Hello, my name is Carrie Bumgardner, U.S Navy Veteran, and I am the founder and creator of From Fool to Sage Fitness.
I specialize in helping people from all backgrounds and skill levels looking to find balance from within themselves by means of personal training, kickboxing and MMA conditioning.
I believe fitness is more than just physical exercise—it’s a journey toward becoming the strongest version of yourself, both inside and outside the gym.
